Bridge Lunch Break to discuss preparing for careers in Michigan

Bridge Michigan invites readers to join us for a free Zoom discussion from noon to 1 p.m. on April 26 to discuss educating students for careers in Michigan. This event will focus on post-secondary education opportunities for students in Michigan, and how trade schools, colleges and universities are preparing students for employment and educating students in subject areas that allow them to have thriving careers in Michigan.

Special guest panelists will include panelists Jamal Al, outreach coordinator for the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights and Crestwood High School football coach, Ahmad Ezzeddine, vice president for academic student affairs and global engagement at Wayne State University and Brandy Johnson, president of the Michigan Community College Association. Bridge Michigan education reporter Isabel Lohman will moderate the discussion.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions via the Zoom chat feature throughout the event. Pull up a chair, grab your lunch and join us for this interactive discussion!
