Help Bridge choose our next Michigan-focused book club read

book club

One of the bright spots of 2020 for the Bridge Michigan team was the Bridge Book Club. We started these bimonthly book club discussions on books with ties to Michigan in May, and more than 750 readers have registered for these chats.

Our May/June book selection was "The World According to Fannie Davis" by Bridgett M. Davis and our August selection was “Arc of Justice” by Kevin Boyle, and our October selection was “The Women of the Copper Country” by Maria Doria Russell.

Bridge Book Club will be taking December off, but will return in January. We would be grateful for your suggestions for Michigan-related books for future discussions. If you have any book recommendations, please complete the form below.

As a reminder, Bridge Club members (readers who have donated $1 or more to Bridge in the last year) have the opportunity to request a free electronic copy of each book club selection as a membership benefit. If you’re not already a member, join today for as little as $1 and support our nonprofit newsroom and you will be able to receive our future book club selections free of charge.
