If you missed Tuesday’s chat, you can watch it on demand below.

Bridge Michigan reporter Ted Roelofs was joined by Paula Duren, founder of Universal Dementia Caregivers, Christine Vanlandingham, chief operating officer for the Region IV Area Agency on Aging, and Clare Luz, associate professor at the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine for an hour-long discussion.

This event was in partnership with the New York & Michigan Solutions Journalism Collaborative, which was formed this year by more than 30 media, academic and community organizations, including Bridge Michigan. This project is supported by the Solutions Journalism Network.

Bridge’s Lunch Break monthly series focuses on timely topics facing our state. Previous discussions this year have centered on Bridge’s coverage plans for 2021, coronavirus vaccine distribution, openness in Michigan government, COVID-19’s impact on higher education, the status of Michigan’s redistricting process, Michigan’s recent labor pipeline struggles, the impact of climate change in Michigan, youth mental health in Michigan Bridge’s tenth anniversary, and COVID mandates and K-12 education.
