Map: Michigan counties share growing HIV risk

After a 2015 HIV outbreak in Scott County, Ind., the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned that conditions exist in 220 rural counties nationwide to make them vulnerable to a similar outbreak, linked to IV drug abuse.
